How to Date a Co Worker

It's very common to meet new people when you find a job. Sometimes these people can be very mean, some can be very friendly and funny, and others can be someone you think you might want to date. There are many ways that you can approach this, but this is probably the best one.

Steps

Don't come on too strong if you are a stranger or if you hardly know them.
Make small talk, bring up normal things to talk about. For example, school, movies or music.
Get to know them and remember what they tell you.
Show interest in what they have interests in.
Make jokes; laughter is a great way to break the ice.
Ask around work to find out if they have a partner. (asking them directly is all right too, but if you don't know them, it might be coming on too strong). Although if they already have a partner, then it all ends here. If they don't move on to the next step.
Ask them for their number. If they give it to you, then that's a good sign.
Once you get to know them, ask them if they would like to hang out (on days off or before/after work).
If you have a good time with them and they're available, just ask them to take it a step further.
Always ask how their day is going.

Tips

Try to hang out with them in ways that friends might hang out.
Don't try to get too serious too fast or push their limits.
Try to avoid the topic of work.
Keep your car, breath, and body clean.
Be interested in what they say, not just how they look, and compliment them often.
Dress nicely but not too formal.
Don't use too much cologne or perfume.
